Experience Strategy (also known as UX Strategy) is a strategic approach to product definition. It is a series of techniques that help teams quickly iterate on new ideas and get aligned on what to build, including:
- Product Strategy sessions with the team and outside stakeholders to understand what the organization can build.
- Customer research with existing or potential customers.
- Early-stage prototyping for user feedback, investor conversations, and internal alignment.
- Streamlined integration with product/ UI/UX designers who will carry projects through detailed implementation. I focus on being a partner to (often very busy) product managers to help them develop robust strategies for their organizations.
